UNDER CONSTRUCTION

We recently secured and closed on financing through the HUD 221(d)(4) program and are currently developing The Residences at Metropark, a Class A multifamily community featuring 307 units with distinctive, spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. The project offers a robust amenities package, including a fitness center, swimming pool, indoor and outdoor community spaces, and ground-level retail.
