Residences at Metropark

UNDER CONSTRUCTION

We secured and closed on financing through the HUD 221(d)(4) program and are currently developing The Residences at Metropark, a Class A multifamily community featuring 307 units with distinctive, spacious one, two, and three bedroom floor plans.

The project offers a robust amenities package, including a fitness center, swimming pool, indoor and outdoor community spaces, and ground-level retail.

JW Marriott Dallas Arts District

Opened July, 2023


We are extremely proud to have developed the first-ever JW Marriott in Dallas, TX. This 267 room luxury Full Service Hotel is ideally located in the heart of the Dallas Arts District.

The JW Marriott Dallas features a stunning restaurant on the 11th floor featuring the first ever JW Steakhouse in the United States. The hotel also contains a huge outdoor covered sky lounge called Vincents with amazing views of the Dallas Museum of Arts and Klyde Warren Park.
